Morgan Benson Seed International.png

Founder & Executive Director

Morgan holds degrees in Business Administration, an MBA, and Social Entrepreneurship, and completed the Executive Nonprofit Management Certification at Duke University. She is passionate about using business as a catalyst for social and economic change and has worked alongside global communities for more than a decade, equipping local leaders through education and business training.

Marketing and Communications Director

Abby co-founded Kindred Exchange in 2020 and later joined Seed International following the organizations’ merger. She is a graduate of Lipscomb University, where she studied Missional Entrepreneurship, and has a background in brand and web design. Abby is passionate about creative storytelling and working closely with local partners to share stories rooted in dignity, growth, and community impact.

Global Programs Director

Beverly holds a business degree from Tennessee Wesleyan University, where she later taught accounting and business courses. She is passionate about equipping people with practical business knowledge that leads to meaningful, faith-informed impact. Beverly has started and operated businesses across a range of industries and brings extensive experience in small business coaching. At the heart of her work is a deep commitment to people, believing relationships always matter more than projects.

Ugandan Programs Director

Sam is an entrepreneur with a passion for creating income-generating opportunities in his community. In 2018, he founded Raise a Chick Africa (RACA), a poultry hatchery that has grown into a platform for equipping others to start their own ventures. Through village trainings and the sharing of healthy chicks, Sam has helped many individuals take their first steps toward sustainable livelihoods. After completing Seed’s small business training, he joined the team and now oversees partnerships and facilitates trainings across Uganda.

Caribbean Programs Director

Originally from Haiti and now living in the U.S. with his wife, Flore, Belo oversees and facilitates Caribbean partnerships. He has a background in accounting and has helped start several businesses in Haiti. Outside of his work with Seed, Belo enjoys soccer, has started his own soccer consulting company, Foot Autrement. Belo is a gifted teacher with a strong business mindset and a deep love for people.

Uganda Administrative Coordinator

Esther was part of Seed’s very first business training cohort in Uganda in 2021 and went on to launch Crown Cakes, a thriving bakery creating custom cakes for her community. She now supports Seed’s day-to-day operations, organization, and training experience across Uganda. Esther is also a proud mom and brings creativity, diligence, and heart to everything she does.
